1. What this site does

Ballin on a Budget helps people in the United States discover local deals at restaurants, bars, and other businesses. We collect deal information from users, businesses, and public sources, and present it in one place. We are not the business making the deal; we just help you find it.

2. Who can use the site

You must be 18 or older to use this site. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms.

This site is intended for use within the United States. We do not target users outside the US, and we make no promises about availability, accuracy, or legal compliance outside the US.

3. About the deal information

Deals on this site are submitted by users, by businesses, or pulled from public sources. They can be out of date, inaccurate, or no longer offered. We do our best to keep things current, but we make no guarantees.

Before you go somewhere expecting a deal, confirm it directly with the business. We are not responsible if a deal isn't honored, the price is different, or the business is closed.

4. Submitting deals and businesses

Anyone can submit a deal or business listing. When you submit content, you grant us permission to display, edit, and distribute it on the site.

Disclosure requirement: if you have a connection to the business you're submitting (for example, you're an owner, employee, family member, or you've been paid to promote it), you must say so when you submit. Hiding that connection is a violation of these terms and may result in removal of your submissions and account.

You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, illegal, infringing on someone else's rights, defamatory, harassing, spammy, or sexually explicit. We can remove any submission at any time, for any reason.

5. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in info secure. Don't impersonate anyone else.

We can suspend or delete your account at our discretion, especially if you violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime by contacting us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything illegal
• Try to break, attack, or interfere with the site or its servers
• Scrape, copy, mirror, or systematically collect content from the site without our written permission
• Use bots or automated tools to access the site, except for standard search engine indexing
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Impersonate other users, businesses, or staff
• Harass, threaten, or target other users

7. Links to other sites and businesses

We link to businesses, websites, and services we do not own or operate. We're not responsible for those businesses, what they do, what they sell, or whether they honor any deals listed here. If you have a problem with a business, that's between you and them.

8. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, accurate, secure, error-free, or fit for your particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages — including lost time, lost money, lost opportunity, or anything else — arising from your use of this site or your reliance on any deal or business information shown here.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll try to give notice in the site or by email. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
